You can do this in a few ways, so I will share some information about the tools I have personally used.
If you are an Apple user, I recommend using Apple iCloud, especially if you are already paying for iCloud storage. It is easy to set up and works very well. Also, with Apple, there are some excellent options for hiding your email address, etc.
If you are not an Apple user, I would use Google Workspace. It works well, and you can buy it through Squarespace, making the setup more straightforward for the non-technical.

WordPress is a good website platform and can be the right choice in specific circumstances.
However, the answer to why it is still the most popular and widely used platform in the website industry comes down to money rather than merit. 💰
WordPress was the first of its kind, free and accessible by all. For these reasons, it was popular and adopted by numerous professional and amateur designers and developers in the early noughties.
As the years went by, these early adopters grew their businesses and became professional website designers. They brought WordPress with them, creating websites and reselling hosting and associated services to their clients.
As a result, today, these companies and website professionals make thousands of pounds of passive income yearly, reselling hosting, management, and maintenance services (I know, because I used to resell hosting myself).
It’s easy money for them, and it’s not in their best interest to give it up. They stick to what they know and resist change even if that change would be more beneficial for their customers.

Yes, it does. And as a business owner, you should be interested and concerned. 🧐
A website is a considerable investment for any business. You have to consider the initial outlay, the cost of making changes, updates and modifications over time, not to mention the physical time you or your company will spend adding content and growing your website. 💰
You wouldn't buy a house or car by just picking the first thing presented to you. And you shouldn't do that with a website, either! 🏠 🚗
So, take your time, ask questions and do your homework. 📚
