I provide all-inclusive, fixed prices for website pages, blogs, and shops, requiring a 50% deposit before commencing work.

My pricing is designed to make it easy to understand what your website will cost you. But it is also intended to make my pricing upfront and transparent.
There is a lot more involved in building a website than just physically creating and organising the website pages.
Every project involves a significant amount of:
Planning and administration.
Content collation and copywriting.
Design and build stages.
Client consultations and training.
Ongoing post-launch support.
My pricing considers all of this, so if my prices seem high, consider everything I have listed above, and you will begin to see that my pricing is extremely reasonable.
Value for money.
In fact, if you look around for similar offerings to mine, you will find that my prices are actually extremely low. How do I manage to keep my prices so low?
Well, the simple answer is a lack of overheads. It’s just me, myself, and I working from a home-based studio: no staff to pay, no company car and no expensive fancy office space.
You pay for my time and a superior one-to-one service from an expert who, after 20+ years doing this, has pretty much seen it all.
A dedicated website partner.
I want to mention the ongoing support again because it is important. I offer my clients limitless post-project support.
I like my clients to think of me as their website partner they can come to for help and advice anytime. I can’t promise I will always have all the answers to hand, but I am very proactive and will always try to solve your problem for you.

My all-inclusive pricing covers website design and build, client consultations, administration and unlimited client training and support.
The prices below are estimates and may vary based on your specific requirements and the amount/type of content you supply.
The prices listed do not include costs for a Squarespace plan or domain name, and they don’t include expenses for assets, including paid-for fonts, stock imagery, or the installation of third-party software. There will be a charge if I purchase additional assets with your approval and on your behalf.
Add-on Services.
Logo development.
This service is for when you have a company logo but nothing else. There are no brand-identity guidelines or any pre-existing marketing materials or advertisements that I can work from.
I will use your logo and expand its design with additional fonts, colours, graphics, and assets to give you a more rounded and complete identity that we can use across your new website.

Website clarity session.
This service is for when you are still determining what website pages you want or need your site to have and would like my help to figure all this out and have a general chat about your business and website.
Most people want and like my help. So, the chances are you will need a clarity session with me.
But if you know exactly what you want or want to start with a few simple pages, you can save some money.
We will need to prepare a list of required website pages so I can supply you with a comprehensive quote.
However, don’t worry as this is website design we can always start with a few pages and then design and add more as needed.
Either way, I am here to help make this as easy for you as possible so if you have any questions get in touch.

Onsite SEO.
If you have a Squarespace website that has never undergone an SEO check, add me as a contributor with admin permissions, and I will help you write new page headings, SEO titles, meta descriptions, and URLs.
Depending on your preference, You can opt for a step-by-step, one-page-at-a-time approach or have it all done at once. I can help with image optimisation, fixing broken links, etc.

If you have a set of company brand guides or a significant amount of pre-existing company marketing materials, such as company brochures, literature and advertising, great! You can share that with me, and I’ll handle everything else. But if you don’t, you can send me your company logo in a digital format, and I’ll work with that.

However, if I create a website design based on your current company logo alone with no supporting materials as described above, In addition to website page fees, I’ll charge an extra one-time fee of £200 to expand upon your existing logo design.
I will select new colours, fonts, and images and create other graphical elements we can use to give you a more comprehensive brand identity design across your new website. My pricing refers to this service as “Logo development”.
❗️Please note that the “Logo development” service does not cover logo redesign, modifications or adjustments, and the price is subject to exact requirements.
However, if you need any changes to your current company logo, contact me, and I can provide a separate quotation for such services where appropriate.

I offer a standalone service, a “Website Clarity Session”, where I will work with you to figure all this out for a flat fee of £75. Together, we will develop a list of website pages to describe and inform website visitors of your business and services.
Next, we will structure and organise these pages to create your website navigation and sitemap. We will then use this sitemap for pricing and building your new website.

To create your individual website pages, you will need to provide me with written and visual content specifically for those pages.
While I can assist with creating headlines and organising content, I cannot create content for you. Therefore, it’s your responsibility to provide most of the content for your new website, including written content and any specific images or assets you wish to display on your website pages.
Alternatively, you could hire a professional copywriter to assist with this task. If you need help finding one, please contact me, as I can try to put you in touch with someone. 🙂
